Well, except for internet radio. I have re-discovered Realplayer.
So I listen to some programs that I wouldn't be able to listen to otherwise, thanks to some weird interference near the house. No kidding. We can listen to the local talk station right up until we pull into our driveway. The only station that doesn't seem to be affected is NPR (a conspiracy, maybe?)
Anyway, my husband and I were busy sorting through years of reciepts, power supply cables, used but working electronics, and other little things so that our life can finally have some order. The downstairs is almost done. There are a few little things that need to be in place like the pantry cabinet that my husband is going to build for me - soon, I hope. Although I won't die if I don't get it soon. And there is the freezer. When my husband wires the garage for electricity, that's where it's going. Then in it's place will be some wall shelves to put our extensive book collection. Mostly, recipe books, homeopathic remedies, plant identifications, DIY books, dictionaries (kids and adults) and religious books (kid's bible stories, Different bible versions, and even a hymn book).
We have many more types of books than that, but they could be put on the already existing shelves upstairs.
Speaking of upstairs, I've been running up and down them all day. As a result, my back's sore. It's nothing new to have a pulled back muscle which goes away after a good night's sleep. Tomorrow, I have a lot more work to do in the morning...
I better get to bed.
