Searching my Name

I have a statistics counter from statcounter. It's pretty neat. The one thing I like the most is that I pretty much know where people are coming from, unless they are from Blogexplosion. Apparently, Blogexplosion blocks statistics counters from statcounter.com. I don't know if they block other stat counters, but I'll look into it someday, although I'm guessing that they might so that you would have to use theirs. The very one I can't seem to get.

Statcounter does a decent job in telling you on where your traffic is coming from, including search engines. One thing that I notice is that someone had been looking up "Nancie".

It turns out that as of this post, if you type in my name, "Nancie", my website is on the second page. Since most people just check out the first page, I'm guessing they were looking for me directly.

I didn't realize I was famous enough for someone to actually search for me. Especially since the person who searched for me lives in a state that I've only been to once.

Okay, maybe not. Maybe (s)he was looking for another "Nancie" and (s)he just decided to check out some other pages as well.

But I can dream a little, can't I?
