She's Baaack

My sister is back for a little while. At least until December. If I go into labor before she leaves for Virginia, she wants to see the process. I don't mind. Of course, when I want to show someone how something is done, something goes wrong.

I'm sure that nothing will - I think...

Now to change the subject: It's been a very dreary day. My youngest daughter has got my cold - but to a lesser degree. I don't think the other two got anything - that I know of. If they had a slight fever, neither of them woke up to tell me. Neither of them had a runny nose.

I had a full blown head cold where both my sense of smell and hearing were impaired. Today, I actually noticed that one of the kids in diapers (my nephew in this case) needed to be changed.

I was restless last night, so I was pretty much zoning out all day. I've been having problems with heartburn again. Combine that with a very active baby (to the point that my whole stomache seems to take a mind of it's own), and post nasal drip (which had be waking up suddenly sputtering) and I might have gotten close to 4 hours of sleep last night.

I'm hoping that tonight, I'll be able to sleep better. My husband wants to watch a movie tonight. So I probably won't go to bed before 10:00pm tonight. But maybe my husband will be home early enough to watch the kids so that I can sleep late - again. That would be so nice.
