I have so much to say I have no idea where to start. The baby came on Tuesday, the 31st and since then I hadn't been able to type much until now. There's quite the story behind the delivery, but I'm going to wait to tell it until I get a chance to edit videos.
Sunday, I was suffering from a very painful bladder infection. So I had to go to the ER to get antibiotics. I was still in pain right up until delivery. I guess it helped that I didn't have a head grinding into my bladder anymore. After the ER, we went to pick up the dog from the animal hospital. Somebody had forgotten to close the front door and she knows how to open the screen door. So she got out of the house at 2:00 Saturday morning and was hit by a car. Aside from a few missing toes and a few bruises, she is fine.
I had the baby on Tuesday and then decided to try to go back to the campground on Wednesday because I thought that since there are so many adults around that I would have plenty of help with the kids. But then there was the space problem and the stress of trying to explain to my grandmother, yet again, that Kool - aide is really bad for you. I would prefer them to have fruit juice "cocktail" since at least there's SOME nutritional value in spite of the fact that it's mostly corn syrup.
*sigh*
At least my kids are young enough that they will recover the barrage of garbage food. I do have my work cut out for me after Saturday, which is their last day. I think I will go shopping prior to picking them up and get all kinds of fresh veggies. I'll also have to either get my crock pot back or buy a new one. I'll need it if I am to try to keep up with the kids AND the new baby.
Finally, I have a new blog. I plan on working on becoming healthier. I can't intentionally try to lose weight so soon after the baby is born, but there's no excuse to be unhealthy. You can check it out here: http://www.blogcharm.com/nanciesweb/
