Well, except for today anyway. But we spent the day looking at campers. "Why?" you might ask. Because we may already have a buyer for our house. Which means that we better have a place ready to stay, since we won't be able to make a land purchase until AFTER we sell our house.
Thank God for family. My parents, who are in the process of moving to their new destination, said that they will allow us to reside in the camper on their property. Provided that we help a little with the wiring of their house. This isn't a problem for us, since my husband is a licensed Electrician in VT.
Anyway, the couple that says that they might be interested in our house won't be selling theirs until July. Which means that there's a high chance that they may not buy it, BUT, this also means that it may be easier to sell our house than we thought, since we hadn't even listed our house yet and someone was interested. This means that if we can get the price we want for it, we can be debt free. Completely, totally, debt free.
Of course, we would eventually take out a loan for a piece of property to build on, but maybe not. We could move out to the property in Indiana. We own nothing on it. The only problem is that we would still have to take out a smaller loan to build the house.
The only other option is to reside on my parent's property for a little while, paying them rent and building a large enough account to buy everything outright. No loans.

I do plan on posting another video. I almost posted one last night but I was too zoned out to edit it and tonight I've been doing some other updating instead (like posting to this blog). So I may make another attempt at a video tomorrow.
