Safe Zone

Today, it's officially safe for me to have a home birth. I'd like for it to wait until this cold goes away, but other than that, I can have a home birth, provided that nothing bad happens like a prolapsed cord, or something like that.

Anyway, I did get a cold and I almost didn't get the worst of it, except yesterday, I didn't get to take a nap, so by nightfall, I was miserable. Today, I did take a really long nap and I felt much better. It helped to put a few drops of Eucalyptus oil on a tissue and put it next to my head while I slept.

My husband has the next 10 days off. So he went to bed later (around 6:00pm) so that I can sleep later. I guess he will switch his schedule around so that he up during most of the day. He's usually up in the morning, so that he can spend time with the kids, but instead of going to bed at 3:00pm, he will be going to bed much later.

Anyway, we have a lot to do before the baby arrives and now I'm getting excited. Although, I had a dream about girl babies. Not mine, but other people's girl babies.

Looks like I better have a girl name picked out - and soon.
