I'm dragging...

I didn't get a lot of sleep last night and really felt it today. My youngest, who is still in diapers, ended up "filling her diaper" twice. I wonder if it was the cheese in the lasagna. She is sensitive to cow's milk, after all. Of course, when I wake up, it takes me a while to go back to sleep.

As are result, my head hurt a little and I almost felt dehydrated. My husband watched the kids while I took a nap after we got back from church. I felt so much better when I got up. I felt even better after I ate something.

I didn't realize how little I ate since the headache, as mild as it was, kind of took away my appitite.

So this evening, I ended up eating some leftover turkey chili, and a wrap with spinach, garlic, and handmade mozzerella - grilled on the stove.

I felt energetic enough to at least get the dishes done and a load of clothes. I typically don't do anything on Sunday, but I knew that because of my waning energy levels, I better get a head start on tomorrow's cleaning schedule.

That, and the fact that it is well below freezing tonight, which means that the pipes might freeze below the poorly insulated washroom. If I run the dryer, the pipes won't freeze because some "genius" thought it would be a wonderful idea to run the dryerpipe into the crawlspace under the washroom. So in the winter, if the dryer doesn't run enough, what moisture the dryer puts under there freezes. Breaking down the insulation. In the summer time, the dryer just causes rot.

Oh, well. Next year we are replacing the whole room. It shouldn't be that hard since it seemed to be added as an afterthought to the kitchen. Then they put a balcony from the washroom to the rest of the house - which I intend on turning into a mini green house - someday.
